    Q: Orders
    How do I place an order online?

    A: We work hard to make our site one of the easiest to navigate, and to order from. To add items to your shopping cart, click through our catalog, once you have found an item you want to add to your cart, click on "Add to Cart". You can then modify the quantity of an item by entering a new number and click on the "Update Quantities" button. To remove an item, simply click the "Remove" link next to the item in your cart, or you can also enter 0 (zero) into the quantity field, and click Update Quantities. Then to checkout and place the order, simply click on "Check Out", and follow the instructions.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    A: We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and eChecks. We also accept money orders through the mail.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    A: You only pay sales tax if you are a resident of North Carolina. We are required by law to collect all applicable sales tax in the state of North Carolina only.

    Is ordering through your site secure?

    A: Yes. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for the exchange of personal and payment information.

    When placing an order, you will notice that our URL will change from HTTP to HTTPS, and you may also see a solid key or lock in the lower left-hand corner of your window to indicate security encryption has taken place.

    This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number, and it cannot be read in transit.

    Do you print a catalog?

    A: No, we don't. Our online catalog is very dynamic; it wouldn't be practical to have a printed version. It could be obsolete by the time you'd get it in the mail!!
