>Once your earnings reach $25.00, you can opt to receive a PayPal. Payments are made on the 15th of each month. If you do not reach the $25.00 balance by the 15th, your earnings will be rolled over into the next month!

If you are interested in our Affiliate Program, please fill out the form below. If you were referred by a current Independent Distributor, please place their name in the Fax Box.

We do charge a one time $10.00 processing fee to become an affiliate. Once you submit your application, you will get a invoice you for the $10.00. Once the processing fee is received and cleared we will activate your mini web site.

Amber Glo Creations has the right to refuse affiliates who are not family friendly.
